Our shipping timeline includes two stages:
Processing Time
Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to prepare. This includes order verification, packaging, and handing off to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time
After your package is dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted in processing or transit time. Total delivery time = Processing + Transit.
Complimentary Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Free shipping promotions may vary depending on order size, seasonal offers, or shipping destinations.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly on the courier’s website. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
